- If you notice any suspicious login attempts, change your password immediately.
- 1390 is not liable for any unauthorized activity on your account.
- Account verification may require a valid National ID or mobile number verification.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

- Conducting legitimate transactions from your own account
- Keeping your personal information accurate and up to date

- Creating Multiple Accounts or Abusing Bonuses

Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on the 1390 platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). Users can deposit and withdraw via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Deposit Rules: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. After depositing, it typically takes a few minutes for the funds to reflect in your account.
- Withdrawal Rules: Account verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may take 1–3 business days to process.
